Jan 29 2024 I went viral on TikTok admitting to crippling loneliness.
As a busy CEO, solopreneur and Founder I was exhausted. Overwrought with work, and suffering from the flu, I felt so alone: there was no one to message, nor make plans with once I’d recovered. So I just thought I’d share it. I woke up the next day to over a million views and literally thousands of messages. It turns out, I wasn’t alone. I just hadn’t found my people.

I finally made lasting friendships when I turned up as myself, without having to over-explain or apologise. It sounds unrealistic, but I have done it.
